Exchange & Return Policy

Returns: Returns can only be processed through our branches within 14 days of purchase.

Exchange Options:

In-Store Exchange: Customers can visit the nearest branch to exchange their product within 14 days of purchase at no additional cost, provided that the item is unused, in its original condition with tags attached, and accompanied by the purchase receipt.

Exchange via Shipping: Customers may opt for an exchange through courier services. Please note that shipping costs will be doubled, as the courier will deliver the replacement item and collect the return in the same transaction, and then the returned item will be shipped back to us as a separate shipment.

⚠ Note: The returned item must be in perfect condition. If there is any issue with the item, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order so we can inspect it and take the necessary steps before approving the return.
